These terms apply to purchases of digital products sold by NATUS GLOBAL LTD ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under number 17538466, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We sell digital products such as apps, audio programmes and online courses. Each sales page describes the product, the price and what is included. Products are for personal, non-commercial use and may not be copied, shared or resold.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the sales page and at checkout, including any applicable taxes. Payment is taken by card or other methods offered at checkout and processed by our payment providers. The receipt will show our company name.

3. Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically. After payment you receive an e-mail with access to our members area. If you do not receive it within one hour, check your spam folder and then contact us at support@natusglobal.com.

4. Refunds and right of withdrawal

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Account and access

Access is personal to the buyer. We may suspend access in cases of fraud, chargeback abuse or sharing of login details.

6. Liability

Our products are provided for information and personal development. They are not medical, legal or financial advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
